Delivery

All orders received before 2.30 pm Monday to Friday will be despatched that day by First Class Post or Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on your preference, so the order should arrive the next morning.

UK deliveries

£3.95 for First Class Mail
£6.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery

Returns Policy

Returns can be made within 7 days of Delivery for a full refund to be given. If you have already carried out the test within these 7 days, you no longer have the right to cancel.

You statutory rights are not affected.

We'll let you know the outcome quickly and match you with a friendly GP who will carefully interpret the results for you.
