Fast results and easy to follow instructions. I would use this service again.

I had to repeat the test. I wrote something on the paperwork that I had to send with my sample. I thought I was supposed to fill out this form, but I did not realise it was already done for me before they sent it. There was a delay, but on reflection, this was my fault as I did not follow the instructions correctly. They were actually very helpful in the end, but maybe there should be something in capital letters asking not to make changes to the paperwork. Thank you.

Easy service to use. So long as you follow the simple instructions, you can't go wrong. I have used a few tests here, and everything went smoothly.

This test was easy to use. I hate collecting my own blood, but the kits are not complicated if you follow the instructions. I like that all the forms are already completed. I have used other services in the past for the same test and it is not so easy. Just take the sample and pop in the the reply paid envelope with the lab form and post. Very easy!

The kit was really easy to use and not at all painful. Got my results very quickly as well. I would definitely recommend.

I used this service as they give you the index numbers with your results on the HSV blood test. Other websites I have used only say postive or negative. I feel this service is more comprehensive and understands what their customers want.

I was really nervous about using this service but I called their phone line and a really nice lady put me at ease and explained how it worked. It is totally confidential and I felt reassured by the fact my results were processed by a real UK doctor.

This was a really easy service to use. The kit arrived the next day and I had my results the day after they received my sample. I like how you actually get your results online from a doctor too.
